Methods and Models of Gifted Education: This course focuses on methods and models of instruction for high-abiity learners. Special emphasis is placed on effective instructional methods for gifted students, including problem-based learning, project- based learning, independent/self-directed learning, Socratic seminar, critical thinking, and problem solving. Candidates will study, and apply on the current research in these specific areas while completing a culminating project. Prerequisites:
