Catalog description

Understanding the Needs of Diverse Learners: This course investigates the similarities and differences in culture, race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, classism, religion, and exceptionalities. The focus will be to examine various methods for teaching diverse learners and the importance of diversity within a K-12 curriculum. Prerequisite: None. (Offered every spring term.)
