Public Speaking

Catalog description

This course develops student ability to prepare and deliver an effective speech for a variety of purposes. Topics include overcoming speech anxiety, composing appropriate beginnings and endings, choosing organizational patterns, and improving diction and body language. (Offered every fall and spring term.)
