Operations and Supply Chain Management: The course will examine the concepts, principles, designs, and techniques for effectively managing operations and the supply chain. This course explores the acquisition, development, and utilization of resources to deliver goods and services for the manufacturing and service sectors and improve the supply chain process. Topics include project management, forecasting, production, quality, supply chain management, and inventory along with MS Excel applications. Prerequisites: MAT 112, Recommended BUS 225.
