Business Law and Ethics This course is an introduction to law emphasizing the legal and ethical rights and duties of the individual engaged in business. Topics discussed will include the role of the law on aspects of business ownership and management and examine decision-making frameworks within the ethical complexity of the legal environment. Prerequisite: Sophomore Standing. (Offered Fall and Spring) Credit: 3.
