Introduction to Arts Management and Business: This course is an introduction to the field of arts for profit and non-profit leadership and management, including an overview of the components of arts leadership, the cultural aspects within organizations, entrepreneurial skillsets, arts advocacy, possible careers, and the necessary managerial and creative skills.
