Not open to students with credit in PSY 36000. General principles of children’s behavior and development, from conception to adolescence, including sensory and motor development, and basic psychological processes such as learning, motivation, and socialization. Typically offered Summer Fall Spring. Prerequisite(s): PSY 12000 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Enumerate possible biological and environmental factors involved in childhood behavior, including physical, cognitive, and social factors. 2. Explain developmental research across physical, cognitive, and social domains. 3.
