Judicial Politics

Catalog description

A survey of American judicial processes, including both trial and appellate courts. The external social, economic, and political pressures surrounding courts and the impact courts have on society will be considered. Prerequisite(s): POL 10100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF D- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Describe the basic forms and procedures of the state and federal judicial institutions. 2.
