A problem solving introduction to microcomputer utilization in local, state, and federal government agencies. The course will address the role of computers in government decision -making. The history of the microcomputer’s emergence in the public administration environment will be presented. In addition, the student will be introduced to customization of popular software packages to address specific problems. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
