This introductory course is designed to give students the background and theoretic tools needed to understand and evaluate US foreign policy, both historical and contemporary. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Recognize trends in US foreign policy and develop a vocabulary to discuss changes over time. 2. Analyze both US national interests and threats this country is facing. 3.
