Students explore theories of conflict and power while learning strategies for resolution, including negotiation, mediation, dialogue, and diplomacy. Emphasis is placed on analyzing complex conflicts in organizational, ethical, and international contexts, and on understanding how communication influences resolution. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Explain key theories and concepts in conflict and power. 2. Analyze conflict dynamics with attention to conflict management styles and communication styles. 3.
