Analysis and discussion of case problems concerning typical leadership and personnel situations that impact the supervisor/manager. Emphasis directed toward development of attitude, philosophy, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills within the working environment. Prerequisite(s): OLS 25200 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C Course Learning Outcomes 1. Evaluate leadership and personnel challenges in supervisory contexts using analytical and problem-solving frameworks. 2. Identify significant HR trends and patterns in workforce data. 3. Apply analytical tools, decision-making strategies, theories, and frameworks to case problems that reflect real-world managerial situations. 4.
