(West Lafayette) 3.00 (Calumet, North Central) Introduction to human resource management for general managers. Emphasis is on the impact of human resource components (e.g., staffing, rewards, labor relations) on the performance of the firm. Case analyses and computerized databases are used to illustrate major components of human resource decision making. Not open to students with credit in MGMT/OBHR 63100.
