Examines team dynamics from both managerial and member perspectives. Basic concepts of interpersonal behavior, facilitation of effective teamwork, team design, and team processes are discussed. Additional topics include virtual, high performance, and cross-cultural teams. Concepts will be applied in team projects and exercises. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
