Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to leadership theory and practice. Students will learn theories of leadership, practice methods of evaluating effective leadership, and develop a personal leadership action plan. Particular emphasis is placed on developing ethical leadership and trust. Junior or Senior standing required. Experiential Learning (EXL): Yes Course Learning Outcomes 1. Understand and apply critical leadership theories to real-life scenarios. 2. Analyze your leadership style and asses it based on scientifically established models of leadership. 3.
