This course involves the comprehensive study of contemporary issues facing managers in human resource management (HRM). Issues such as on change management, communication, competitive strategy, HR strategy, and corporate social responsibility are discussed. Typically offered Spring. Prerequisite(s): OBHR 43100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Apply advanced knowledge of Human Resources to make evidence-based decisions regarding contemporary issues in HR 2.
