A study of the theory and practice of total rewards considering various forms of cash compensation, employee benefits, and relational returns. Typically offered Fall. Prerequisite(s): OBHR 43100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Develop an understanding of the planning, designing, and administration of employee compensation systems. 2. Demonstrate a general knowledge of the planning, designing, and administering of employee benefits. 3. Develop a theoretical understanding of the consequences of pay decisions. 4.
