This comprehensive course integrates an in-depth exploration of health care policy, organizational models, and financial management. It focuses on the interplay between evidence-based practice, financial principles and policy within health care settings, providing students with the skills to effectively navigate and manage complex health care systems. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Examine historical, social, and political processes and structures that impact the formation and evolution of health policy. (ESPLO 5) 2. Apply appropriate theories and evidence to influence, develop, analyze, implement, and evaluate health policy. (ESPLO 3) 3.
