This course examines the foundations of health and wellness from a holistic perspective. Theoretical foundations and modality techniques of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) will be discussed and practiced o attain optimal well-being. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Discuss concepts of holism, holistic health, and wellness. 2. Articulate the theoretical foundations and techniques of selected CAM modalities. 3.
