The course emphasizes the communications process and the importance for leaders to develop essential skills to effectively communicate in the Army. Basic squad-level tactics will be reinforced. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving, using troop-leading procedures (TLP). 2. Demonstrate map reading and land navigation skills. 3.
