The topics covered include distribution channels, pricing, promotion, product, consumer behavior, and environmental influences on marketing. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1. This course provides a decision-oriented overview of marketing management in modern organizations. The most basic objectives of the course are to provide the student with a broad introduction to marketing concepts and terminology, the role of marketing in society within the firm, and the various factors that influence marketing decision-making.
