to 4.00. Developed at a high-level overview of the digital marketing environment, this course provides exposure to both paid and owned digital strategies for businesses. It walks students through the customer journey through data analysis and focuses on key areas of managerial influence along the customer acquisition funnel to understand and evaluate current performance and the areas of opportunity for growth and financial improvement. Course Learning Outcomes 1. List and define key components and terminology for each topic covered. 2. Describe digital marketing concepts, principles, and practices for each topic covered. 3. Perform calculations, evaluate customer data, and solve problems for each topic covered. 4. Identify, understand, and analyze the firm’s digital assets and related information. 5.
