An introduction to Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling and major UML diagrams and how to apply them within object-oriented (OO) environments. Topics include UML basics, OO system analysis and design, development process, and UML diagrams. Permission of instructor required. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Explain the principles of UML modeling. 2. Understand general OO concepts and principles. 3. Apply appropriate UML diagrams for OO system analysis. 4.
