The objectives of this course are to expose students to the problems commonly found by marketing managers and develop skills in analyzing marketing problems and prepare implementable plans of action based on the analyses of the given business situations. Marketing decision-making will explore the product, price, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1. To discuss strategic planning and elements of the situation analysis and marketing plan. 2. To discuss and analyze the elements of the marketing mix. 3. To discuss marketing’s role in the overall business environment, competitive responses utilized by marketers, and the consumer’s importance in the overall process. View Class Schedule
