Catalog description

Advanced course in federal income taxes, with a brief study of gift and estate taxes. Some issues covered in MGMT 50400 are studied in more depth, particularly taxation of corporations and partnerships. The course, which is taught in seminar format, gives the student considerable practice in doing tax research and reporting conclusions.
