Latin American Cinema

Catalog description

A study of films produced in Latin America or addressing Latin American topics/issues. Students will engage in critical analysis of the films, and expect to develop greater understanding of the social context of subjects introduced. May include documentaries or feature films. Approximately two hours each week will be devoted to viewing films, and two hours to class lecture/discussion. Typically offered Summer Fall Spring. View Class Schedule
