Catalog description
This course covers in-depth discussions of data structures and associated algorithms, memory management, and concurrent programming. Topics include memory structures, allocation and release, object reference counting, garbage collection, arrays, lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, heaps, hash tables, recursion, searching and sorting, multithread programming and synchronization, as well as the latest developments in advanced programming techniques. Extensive laboratory exercises are assigned. Typically offered Spring. Prerequisite(s): ITS 24500 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C View Class Schedule
