The impact of stress upon the psychological and physiological function of the body will be examined. The exploration and interaction of a variety of stress management techniques will be explored. Prerequisite(s): PSY 12000 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C AND (SCI 10500 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C OR BIOL 10100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C OR BIOL 21300 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN.
