Determine acceptable specimen requirements for testing orders. 3. Understand manual and automated biochemical testing of urine, including microscopic examination and disease correlation. 4. Understand analysis of various body fluids (i.e., semen, stool, synovial fluid), including clinical significance and disease processes, cells, crystals, and biochemistries. 5.
