Catalog description

This seminar trains senior English majors in advanced research and writing in the field of English. Students complete a substantial research project, on a topic of their interest chosen in consultation with the instructor, that demonstrates the skills and knowledge they have gained through their coursework in the English major. Permission of department required. Typically offered Fall. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 20100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF D- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Engage in a study focused on a major research project related to the English literature concentration and of interest to the student. 2. Synthesize and apply skills developed in the literature concentration. 3. Work under the close supervision of a faculty member in the related field. View Class Schedule
