Catalog description

This course assists students in writing effective Web-based content and understanding how to make Web sites usable. Course examines how users interact with Web sites, how/when sites are successful, and how/when they are not. Students will learn how to write effective online content for Web and Intranets/Extranets, understand usability issues, and conduct user testing of Web sites. Typically offered Summer Fall Spring.
