An introduction to English literature from the Anglo-Saxon age through the eighteenth century neoclassical period. GRADE OF C- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Demonstrate knowledge of a range of genres, topics, and literary conventions from the pre-Romantic period. 2. Discuss those genres, topics, and conventions in relation to their diverse historical, cultural, and aesthetic contexts. 3.
