Catalog description

This course is a 300-hour field experience (practicum) for students in the medication assisted recovery program. Prerequisites: EDPS 55110 and EDPS 55210. Prerequisite(s): EDPS 55110 FOR LEVEL GR WITH MIN. GRADE OF B- AND EDPS 55210 FOR LEVEL GR WITH MIN. GRADE OF B- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Formulate and analyze opioid assessment. 2. Distinguish diagnosis in various opioid disorders. 3. Assess MAR evaluation. 4. Critique MAR treatments for appropriateness. 5. Apply MAR treatment. 6. Create treatment plans. 7.
