Typically offered Fall Spring. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Develop an understanding of curriculum and its relationship to other instructional phases in career and technical education and training. 2. Provide an overview of curriculum processes and procedures in career and technical education and business and industry training programs. 3. Review and analyze curriculum development research in career and technical education. 4. Acquire skills in curriculum needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. 5. Explore the theoretical, ethical, political, social, and economic factors related tocurriculum development in career and technical education and training. 6.
