Different theoretical approaches to the construction and analysis of curriculum. Typically offered Fall. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Engage critically with germinal thinkers and thought in curriculum. 2. Examine various curriculum approaches and traditions within their historical and social contexts. 3. Explore the major philosophies that undergirds curriculum approaches and deliberation. 4. Analyze the political origins and implications of differing traditions within the curriculum field and within educational policy and practice. 5.
