Catalog description

This course is the equivalent of a student teaching experience - the capstone early childhood course. Structured so that candidates have experiences in a setting birth to age eight, with a focus on infants/toddlers and preschoolers. The practical experience is complemented with a seminar that focuses on the issues of guidance and discipline, cultural diversity, and the early childhood profession. Typically offered Spring.
