Catalog description

Introduction to the fundamental concepts of programming and problem solving using the Java programming language. Topics include variables, expressions, operators, data types, control structures, methods, objects, arrays, classes, simple I/O, testing, and debugging strategies. This course provides a foundation for more advanced programming techniques, including object-oriented programming and design. Prerequisite(s): MA 15400 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN.
