A study of the agencies and processes involved in the criminal justice system; legislatures, the courts, the police, the prosecutor, the public defender and corrections. An analysis of the roles and problems of each component with an emphasis on their interrelationships. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1.
