Catalog description
An emphasis on remote television production techniques, which includes operating basic remote television equipment. Students will produce and direct various remote television programs, which should be suitable for airing. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Prerequisite(s): COM 33200 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- Experiential Learning (EXL): Yes Course Learning Outcomes 1. Develop the necessary skills to effectively complete all of the assigned production projects. 2. Learn basic remote producing, directing, engineering and acquisition techniques. 3. Understand and implement basic linear editing skills. 4.
