An analysis of public relations theories, methods, and practices. The course examines public relations environments, audiences, and message strategies in industrial, governmental, educational, social agencies, and other institutional contexts. Typically offered Fall. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences. 2. Apply PR and communication theories to analyze and critique PR campaigns and strategies. 3. Develop an understanding of media relations for both traditional and digital platforms. 4.
