Management, methods and equipment used in the construction of buildings, earthworks, bridges and roads. Contractor organization, job management, and safety. Excavation, formwork, concrete, masonry, and steel erection methods. Typically offered Fall. Prerequisite(s): CMET 17000 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- OR CEMT 17000 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Obtain working knowledge of a construction site. 2. Acquire knowledge of the uses and limitations of construction equipment (earthmoving, cranes, etc.). 3.
