Demonstrate proficiency in the ability to solve static fluid pressure problems. 2. Demonstrate proficiency in the ability to solve problems involving fluid flow under pressure. 3. Demonstrate proficiency in the ability to solve problems involving stormwater runoff. 4. Demonstrate proficiency in the ability to solve problems involving fluid flow in gravity sewers, open channels, and culverts. 5.
