In a vast, sometimes perplexing, world people seek to define a unique identity. This course examines the big picture of reality and analyzes various ways individuals develop a sense of self. Students will apply their understanding of who they are to the context of higher education and the world-at-large. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Analyze their identity in relation to complex local, regional, national, and global contexts. 2. Develop effective communication skills (written, oral, visual, artistic). 3.
