Prerequisite(s): CE 35100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE. OF D-I Course Learning Outcomes 1. Understand elements of traffic engineering. 2. Understand road user and vehicle characteristics. 3. Identify traffic control devices. 4. Understand traffic stream characteristics. 5. Conduct traffic volume, speed, travel time, and delay studies. 6.
