A one-credit course that provides graduate students with opportunities to: (1) explore original research and peer-reviewed literature in the life sciences, (2) better grasp the depth and implications of recent scientific advances through discussion with students and faculty, and (3) gain written and verbal communication skills through their presentation of topics of current scientific interest.
