An introduction to human pathology with an emphasis on anatomical and physiological changes related to major disease processes of the body. Typically offered Spring. Prerequisite(s): SCI 10500 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- OR BIOL 21400 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C- Course Learning Outcomes 1. Identify major diseases of the body by organ system. 2. Become familiar with basic pathological terminology. 3. Explore structural and functional abnormalities related to common diseases. 4.
