Catalog description

This is a general education, online course that uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide students with a basic, yet comprehensive overview of HIV/AIDS, along with the impact of this disease on community and global health. The course uniquely integrates the biology of HIV/AIDS (40% of course content) with its origin, spread, history, transmission, prevention, and treatment (60% of course content).
