Catalog description

This course will introduce students to AI-driven digital technologies. The focus will be on the practical applications and hands-on projects using advanced AI tools including text, video, and voice recognition technologies. Ethical considerations, bias in AI, and responsible usage will be emphasized to ensure students develop critical AI literacy skills. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Describe the Role of AI in Modern Digital Technologies. Identify and explain the basic principles of artificial intelligence and its use in everyday technologies such as text generation, voice recognition, and video analysis. 2. Use AI Tools Through Hands-On Projects. Engage with real-world AI applications and complete practical projects using tools involving text, voice, and video technologies. 3. Recognize Ethical and Social Implications of AI. Discuss ethical issues such as bias, privacy, misinformation, and accountability in AI systems. 4. Evaluate the Impact of AI on Individuals and Society. Critically assess how AI influences communication, work, learning, and daily life across diverse social and cultural contexts. 5. Communicate Effectively About AI Technologies. Explain key AI concepts and their implications clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and verbal formats. 6.
