This course introduces tools and techniques for creating effective trial and courtroom presentations. You will explore the relevant rules of criminal and civil procedure, ethics, and evidence as they relate to presenting in court. The course will guide you in designing clear and persuasive visual aids, including charts, diagrams, trial graphics, timelines, case chronologies, legal flowcharts, calendars, and PowerPoint presentations.
