This course will introduce the Agile project management methodology and explore in-depth the agile values, principles, practices, and tools needed to plan effectively, control, and deliver complex projects. In addition, you will learn about the Scrum methodology and how it is applied to deliver rapidly improved outcomes within organizations. The course will explore various Scrum practices, including self-organizing teams, Scrum roles, sprint planning, tracking, and tools for defining and measuring progress.
